The space
The breakfasts on the terrace or the barbecue evenings with friends in the picnic area are sensational. Not to mention the endless hours you can enjoy in the shade of the palm trees in the hammock with a good book. The chill out area with candlelight is covered. The well-kept garden with fruit trees extends over almost 2000 m2. Culinary herbs and fresh fruits are available to guests throughout the garden, depending on the season. The villa has two levels, connected by a comfortable external staircase. First floor 2 bedrooms, upper floor 2 bedrooms. A crib can be provided on request. 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, laundry room, etc. The villa has a living area of 420 m2. There are 4 private outdoor parking spaces available. Stores within 100 meters.

Services and common areas
The whole property is surrounded by a green wall. All garden areas are freely accessible. In the garden there are several crops for cooking, fruits and fruits for guests to eat, depending on the time of harvest. The entire villa is available to the guest without restrictions. The pool area has a fence with a lock for safety reasons for children. There are several sun loungers in the garden in the pool area. A large hammock is available for relaxing under the palm trees.
